All products with the exception of kikoi are designed and handstitched by Jane Sakwa, in  garage space in Pietermaritzburg South Africa. Because we hand make our products, do expect and appreciate slight variations of each piece. We invite you to celebrate the unique results of our craftsmanship and authenticity of each item. We only stitch small batches of each product in particular color or fabric pattern resulting in bespoke items.

We, Stitches from Africa have a right to change the design and measurements of any of our products without notice.

Return Exchange Policy

Return Policy

At Stitches from Africa, we have a return Exchange policy. This means you have 30 days once you received your purchase to request to return. For you to return an item, it has to be in its original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged in any way with its hang tag and packaging. You will need to email stitchesfromafrica@gmail.com to provide you with a return address and proof of purchase. Please note that the courier companies terms and conditions apply with regards to this transaction.

Exchange policy

Once we receive the returned product and it is approved to be in its original condition, we will email to acknowledge. The returned item  can then be exchanged for another of the same quality and price. Alternatively, a voucher card of the same value as the returned product will be issued.

Please note that we, Stitches from Africa have a right to make changes to policies and practices at our discretion.
